Meaning of Arunodaya is the rising of sun with a new morning which means that we developed our organization for the rising of our rural and urban community. Present team consist of 48 staff worker, which are full time, part time and voluntary staff and has generated enormous hands of experience of working with the underprivileged communities. The team members have played an important role in community participation, decentralization, accountability, professionalism, giving identity and reorganization in delivery of service and streamlining the organizational systems. In the term of infrastructure and working environment, we have sufficiently developed all the management system over a period of time. Vision:- Creating and enabling environment & behavioral change facilitation through optimum community participation, capacity building, collectivization, advocacy, research, documentation, dissemination & sustained holistic development of the marginalized and underprivileged. Mission:- To undertake time bound viable project in partnership with the vulnerable communities and like minded resource organizations from internal & external sources to accomplish vision. Values;- Being secular, democratic, gender sensitive, community participation, professionalism, transparency, accountability, peace and quality viable community based governance.
