The Vision,Mission,& Goal of The Organisation The Vision The scientific achievements in conformity with the socio-cultural values of Orisssa the state, and India at large the nation, would provide for a very effective strategic atmosphere to ensure alround total and complete development of the state. This would mean a development free from any discrimination, differentiation neglect on the basis of class, caste, sex, religion or ethnic origin. The people of the state would successfully achieve the status of a peaceful community life through a course of development based on justice, non-violence and equality .It would be a state without poverty , ignorance, illiteracy, diseases and infirmity. Above all it would uphold individual dignity, national integrity and international brotherhood . Mission Banabasi Bikas Sangathan, would organize a cadre of volunteers to organize people for collective efforts for problem solving, planning and implementing need based projects. It will set-up various institutions and manage institutionalized programs in collaboration with government and non-government organizations’ and co-operation from people . It would facilitate various public interest issues as well as welfare and development initiatives. It would organize, co-operate and promote voluntary agencies, efforts and issues thereof and provide for human resources development for the cause. It would take vital steps to achieve its objectives in co-operation with like-minded agencies or individuals. Goal To accelerate the course of development in the state of Orissa with the poor tribal and rural communities as valid and potential partners of the state Orissa and India the nation at large.
