It is humbly submitted that the Institute namely Perfect Computer Education is imparting free Computer education to the students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC of rural area of tehsil Kathua district Kathua for the last more than five years free of cost, with the expectation that the due assistance through the government polices ment for these backward people will be provided to this institute by the district administration. It has been the dream of the undersigned to uplift these people as they are being exfoliated even today. Further it is intimated that being a social worker, the undersigned had been imparting the computer education at Kathua town, but the thrust for the upliftment of downtrodden people, has taken me to these people especially for computer education. Further, it is brought to your kind notice the District Administration has been moving me from pillar to post for assistance with the argument that it is MLA of the area, who has the power to recommend or reject such assistance. Earlier in the visit of Hon’ble MLA strongly recommended and also has given in writing that the students who have completed the education from this institute are fully trained and was pleased after interaction with the students as the institute is working more than five years. The copy of appreciation is appended. On the request of the students of SC/ST/OBC, even without any assistance from any quarter, the undersigned has also opened branch at Sanjimore (Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua) and again imparting the computer education there with out charging any fee these poor people. Therefore kindly assist this Institute so that these students, may draw out maximum benefits of on- line education, so that, they may draw out the benefits of the state or centre govt. sponsored scheme
