1] Accessibility of safe drinking water in all our operational area 2] Total eradication of Cooch Behar - ii 3] Detection of HIV/AIDS cases, prevention, rehabilitation and counseling for behavioural change 4] Peoples Institutions taking the key role in planning, implementation and policy advocacy. 5] The Comprehensive Eye Care service will be continued during the coming years with lateral and vertical expansion. 6] Women and Child Centric programmes will be initiated in all the 8 Mandals of Vizianagaram District. 7] Alliance building and Networking efforts will be accelerated with the national and international networks. 8] Policy Advocacy Campaigns to re-establish the rights of the tribals, dalits and other deprived sections of the society will be continued. 9] Emphasis will be given on integrating the differently abled (physical and mental),visually challenged, senior citizens and orphans with the mainstream society, acknowledging their abilities and potentialities and providing adequate opportunities for its expression and their rightful place in the society. 10] Sponsorship program for the socially and economically backward students, to support their education, health care, nutrition, clothing allied with various vocational trainings is also on the anvil. 11] Sustainable and sound environment and forest management will be focused. 12] Programs to accelerate livelihood and food security will be launched keeping in mind the optimal utilization of the available natural resources. 13] In view of the increasing incidence of various natural calamities, action plans will be chalked out for disaster preparedness
