According to the Indian constitution Article 30 of establishment of a minority institution and under custody the development of education of minority, specially Muslim minorities so that there could be the development and dispersion of general people and specially Muslim’s primary Islamic and worldly education . This type of Muslim Institution will be open for Non Muslims. But basic motive of the organization is the development of Muslim people’s Education, Culture, Language and Religion.
