Aim/Objective/Mission:: To establish an equitable and poverty free society with integrated development of marginalized, vulnerable, backward, deprived and exploited class. MISSION : 1. To facilitate the process of development of Marginalized and vulnerable community. 2. To mainstream gender equality with capacity building of the women and sensitizing them on their rights and entitlement. 3. To reduce poverty as well as living with dignity through capacity building, improvement of livelihood option. 4. To ensure environmental sustainability through community level action, enduring vulnerability and response to disaster. 5. To mainstream person and children with disability focusing on their capacity building, networking, linkage and lobbying and advocacy for their rights and privilege. 6. To enhance the capacities of its people in operational areas with an emphasis on disadvantaged section of the society in support of achieving their rights and are an instrument in the enabling process. 7. To act as an enabling organisation for the enlistment and development of the deprived / marginalized section of the society including person with disability (PWDs), disadvantaged children & youth, through participatory research and collaborative action.
