Akhil Bhartiya Mahila Jagriti Sansthan a Non-Governmental Organization, constantly addressing the social issues, social cause, development and harmony of the community. The prime object of the organization is to mobilize efforts for overall development of weaker and marginalized section of Indian Society. The organization has applied its efforts to bridge the gap of community development, awareness, information, Education, useful knowledge, resource mobilization, women empowerment, environmental and agricultural upliftment in Rural and urban areas.
The Society promotes sustainable and equitable social development with a team of dedicated social workers, activists and volunteers. It works against all forms of social, economic and political injustice and exploitation through motivating and mobilizing community including women, youth and old age for the welfare and development, It strives for the welfare of the economically Weaker sections such as schedule caste/tribes, unemployed youths, rural women and people belonging to low-income groups. The Society has adapted education, community health, poverty –alleviation, environment protection, rural employment and creating a Scientific temper in social life.
Akhil Bhartiya Mahila Jagriti Sansthan is a composite of elite people and intellectuals who have joined hands to promote and protect the communities and its resources in urban as well as rural areas, also constantly trying to maintain strategic balance between Urban and Rural societies. Upliftment of the down trodden section of the society, Health & sanitation, Education & development, Women and Child Empowerment, pre disaster awareness, relief management and rehabilitation activities, protection of environment and culture, Training, Research and Networking have been the main initiatives. In collectivity, our emphasis is on integrated development focused on fostering self-help and encourages community participation for sustainability
