Our Vision:
CELBMD Cameroon has a vision for a dynamic culture of entrepreneurship, leadership, community development and effective business/Organizational management skills in Cameroon that stimulates entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, the creation of jobs and therefore the decline of unemployment, poverty, bad morals, and inequality and leaves a sustainable Cameroon for future generations. Everybody has the knowledge to create opportunity for themselves, organization and communities.
Our Mission:
To advance entrepreneurial mind sets, Business/Organizational Management skills, community development, leadership skills, nurture emerging entrepreneurs and establish sustainable enterprises/organizations and communities.
CELBMD OBJECTIVES:
To develop entrepreneurship spirit amongst Cameroonians by providing insights into the tools, techniques and frame work for functional areas of business enterprise, including marketing, personnel and finance.
We aim to engage Cameroon students, job seekers, employers compete globally and engage with business partners, organizations so therefore there is a need to consciously and strategically equip them beyond through the design modules for training that would give the people a comprehensive knowledge in entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, strategic management and business management.
The training allows people from all sectors to gain the knowledge and tools to make sound decisions about business/organizational activities and policy practices that impact the economy.
Equip Youths, women and less privilege with the necessary skills, enables job creation, wealth creation and facilitates socio-economic development.
Promoting Economic Ideas on the vulnerable youths, women and less privilege through seminars, Conferences and workshops.
To build A mind-set that skills youths, women, individuals and less privilege to see opportunities, solutions, creates, innovate.
To develop skills of trainees to successfully start, manage, diversify and expand business enterprises.
To raise a new class of entrepreneurs who can successfully manage micro, small and medium scale enterprises, compete globally, and who can serve as or provide (the) catalyst for the industrialization of Cameroon.
To aid a lot of people in our communities who got jobs with FSLC, Ordinary levels, Advanced Levels and have not gotten the opportunity to further their education (Professional) because of poverty, time etc. to do so with full scholarship
