Samdars Manav Sewa Sansthan emerged as a creative and collective response to the needs of the people so as to passionately advocate for the right of the deprived and most vulnerable section of the society, be it Children, Women, Slum dwellers or Homeless Community. The organization is a registered society non profitable organization engaged in the welfare of weaker section of society especially schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe, Backward & Minority Community through Awareness Camps, Vocational Programmes, Streets Shows, Pulse Polio Programme, Health & Hygiene, Eye Camps etc for last 10 years. Organization is doing strenuous efforts in taking funds from the Govt. through its various schemes for the welfare of society to eradicate the illiteracy and to eliminate the poverty among the downtrodden people of the society. Extreme focus is given to the education of Girl Child as the women is the pivoted of development of any country as today the literacy rate of the women is below 50% in the country which is not appreciable. Initially, organization’s focus area was the weaker group of the Minority community as we believed in advocacy and networking for ameliorating the condition of this group. Our interventions also include the slum mapping exercise in Lucknow and near by areas which culminated in full-fledged urban poverty programme through various activities.
