the four fold reconstruction model incorporating literacy livehood,haelth and leadership development serves as the basis for the work of the society. the societies objectives are stared as follows
1. to provide a forum for students, intellectuals, development administration business and civic leaders of its area to undertake rural reconstruction projects
2. to provide forum for economic educational development scholars for undertaking systematic and scientific studies and field experimentation.
3. to establish educational institutions, teacher training institutions for dalith Christians , professional ,vocational ,formal and technical, institutions for dalith christian minorities in general for men and woman combinedly or separately
5. to establish nurse training institutions medical and para medical institutions
6.to establish institutions orphanage and oldage homes for the orphans, destitudes and old age people.
7. to rehabilitate physical handi -caped and work for their development.
8. to establish creches , balwadies for the development of children and also to encourage education of child carries.
9. to contact parents and encourage educations of schools of Drop -outs and also join school going age children into the school
10. to identify our own culture , preserve the positive of them and encourage through different cultural action to develop histrinoic skills
11. to take up and encourage poverty allovation programmes for the economical substance of socio economical addressed groups.
to undertake multi sectional action to improve literacy livelihood , health and leadership development.
13. to function as active center as a research body, training and extension centres in rural re- contractions.
14.to plan implementation and evaluate action programmes meant for the improvement of the rural community.
15. to co-operate and assist self-started groups for voluntary action in the field of rural development.
17. to start libraries of the diffusion of knowledge on the various above subjects and also night-school, adult school balwadies, health centres N.F.F.. etc
18. any other objectives and functions that may be conductive for the achievement
of the aims and objectives of the society approved by a resolution of the executive committee.
