1. To provide vocational training, small scale industrial training, cottage industrial training, khadi and village industrial training, micro-enterprises and micro loans to rural area women, unemployed youth, men, handicapped people helpless.
2. To plant all type of trees and run plantation programme and protection of environment.
3. To promote linkages with financial institutions and banks for delivery of financial services to the rural and urban poor.
4. To work for environmental awareness, sustainable development and participative management of local natural resources or village/urban level development etc.
5. For agricultural development organize agricultural training for farmers. Mass awareness in village and block through constituting peoples organizations.
6. Over all development women and youth through imparting vocational and technical skill and establishing institution, industries, small scale industries and other enterprises etc.
