1.1 Vision:

Ananta Welfare Society visualizes a world having equal opportunities for adoption of a peaceful harmonious and progressive lifestyle for all with out discriminating castes, creeds and gender.

1.2 Mission:

Ananta Welfare Society interest in organizing its efforts for promoting alternative means for sustainable livelihood on priority basis for the needy rural poor, deprived and marginalized people with special attention on the children, youths and women to utilize local resources and latest technologies for their total empowerment.

1.3 Strategy:

Ananta Welfare Society decided to organize its developmental strategies towards provoking people’s participation towards creation of various developmental opportunities for the needy rural poor, deprived and marginalized people for generating awareness and enable them to decide and finally opts to their sustainable livelihood. It also encourages younger generation and potential person for adopting for long-term development intervention for total empowerment of an individual, family, community and the society.
1.4 Operational Strategy:
This is based on the development needs of the people to extend its support services based on the cooperation received from the needy, deprived and marginalized people for assisting them for obtaining alternative means for better earning of their cost of survival and lead towards their sustainable livelihood. The strategy of the society is generation of awareness and followed by introduction of practical and result oriented activities / projects/ programmes to enable to start their progressive journey and become empowerment.
1.5 Objectives:
Following are the major objectives of Ananta Welfare Society inclusive of the objectives got emended on 5th July, 2011.
1. To undertake social work on environment, health, education, livelihood and other social issues for sustainable livelihood development.
2. To print, publish and distribute books, journals free of cost or at a nominal not involving any profit.
3. To foster maintaining and improve friendly relation and propagation.
4. To organize and undertake training in village industries using approaches best on handloom, handicrafts, food processing industries for the welfare of the society.
5. To collect subscription and donation from members and others to attain the objects of the society.
6. To accept bequeath gift, grant or endowment for the attainment of the object of the society.
7. To work as a non political organization.
8. To run free coaching centre for the dropout students and students belongs to SC, ST, OBC and financially weaker sections.
9. To run health and nutrition centers, health camps, HIV/AIDs awareness camp, Eye-camp and blood donation camp overall development of the rural areas.
10. To organize seminars, workshop, awareness programmes on environment, water and sanitation in the rural area.
11. To organization planet initiatives to introduce latest skill upgradation training for the needy persons by putting them in groups and adopting cluster approach towards ensuring their sustainable livelihood.
12. To organize training for advancement of better skills, designs and related activities to both handloom weavers and handicrafts artisans for getting acquainted with latest technology for creating more options for value additions and diversification.
13. To introduce welfare and development programmes inclusive of infrastructure development for extending better welfare services and facilities in rural areas.
14. To cooperate and coordinate in implementation of welfare and development programmes and projects schemes of central and state government, Non government organizations, funding agencies as per their respective approvals in related to the objective of the society.
15. To do all such other things as may be conducive and incidental to the attainment of all or any of the above objectives.
16.To organize, undertake and conduct free trainings on income generation and related socio-economic activities to enable the member of self-help-groups (SHG) for their total empowerment.
17.To mobilize external resources in the form of grant, financial intuitions towards organizing planned interventions for the upliftment of needy rural women and for their total empowerment.
18.To organize its development programmes, it may appoint project staffs, volunteers, and subject experts and may open new offices for better management of its development programmes and extension of better services in its operational areas.
