The objects of the Society will be as enumerated in the memorandum of the Association. in particular, it shall raise funds, accept donations, incur loans and other liabilities as well as purchase properties, put up buildings and purchase all other assets necessary to pursue those objects. The Society will carry out and execute all other functions and activities which may be ancillary to the objects enumerated in the Memorandum of Association.
