We believe that poverty is the outcome of inequality in distribution of Resources elitist utilization & management of natural resources and unequal gender relation in the society. In order to carry forward great dream to bring about the necessary behavioral change of all stakeholders to empower them to manage their participation in the process of development at all levels. To our charging, we realize that representation of women is highly unbalanced although their proportion in the population is nearly 50%.Through our vision , goals we plan to work towards eradication poverty , eliminate inequality in education ,ensure access to health care and employment violence against women. This will entail mobilizing women and men at both policy making and grassroots levels to achieve our objectives’
