JJ Keller Foundation Grants for organisations in Fox Valley region

Funds for NGOs No deadlines

Activities: Others

The Online Application Process

We accept unsolicited grant requests from nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charities in the Fox Valley region only. Applicants must apply online, using the process outlined below. Smaller grant requests are typically reviewed monthly, and larger requests are reviewed at quarterly Foundation board meetings.

Applicants are invited to apply for a grant from the J. J. Keller Foundation any time throughout the year. There are four steps to the application process; see below for details.

If your organization has been awarded a grant, you may also be required to submit a final grant report after you complete the grant.

STEP ONE: ELIGIBILITY QUIZ

Click on the “Start” button below to take our eligibility quiz. It will help you determine whether your organization or program/project falls within our guidelines.

STEP TWO: LETTER OF INQUIRY

If you do fall within our guidelines, you will be able to create and submit (electronically) a Letter of Inquiry to the Foundation, providing basic information about your organization and about your program/project. Please note, in order to complete this electronic application, you will need an email address and your organization’s EIN.

STEP THREE: ONLINE APPLICATION

The J. J. Keller Foundation reviews every Letter of Inquiry that is submitted. We may ask additional questions via email and request that you complete a full application.

STEP FOUR: GRANT DECISIONS

You will be notified in writing if your grant has been approved. If you are selected to receive a grant, the grant check will be delivered within 30 days of notification.
