C&A Foundation is looking for innovative concepts to improve working conditions in the apparel supply chain. We are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) that:
1) Increase accountability in the apparel industry through more transparent and traceable supply chains; and/or
2) Enable apparel worker voices and opinions to be heard.
Multi-year proposals with maximum budgets of EUR1.5 million will be considered as well as smaller pilots with a durations of less than 18 months.
We welcome both global and geography-specific concepts from all types of organisations (profit, non-profit, public sector). Geography-specific concepts must be in one or more of the following countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Turkey, or Vietnam. Where proposals are geography-specific, we highly encourage proposals from national organisations or proposals from international organisations where the majority of funding goes to a national partner and there is a clear capacity building element.
Last date for submission of concept notes: 31st July 2016, 5pm PST
Please mail submissions and any questions to eoi@candafoundation.org. Answers to any questions will be posted on this page on 18th July 2016.
