OBLIGATIONS OF GRANT RECIPIENTS: Organizations and institutions benefiting from the DAPC grant scheme will be required to sign a formal Agreement with the UNODC. The template of this agreement is available for information here.

In general, organizations and institutions benefitting from the DAPC grant scheme will be required to submit a comprehensive report, both narrative and financial, on completion of the activities financed by their grant. Moreover, the grants awarded through UNODC are subject to audit in accordance with standard United Nations procedures. For this purpose, records of expenditures (such as invoices, purchase orders and payroll records) must be kept for a period of two years following the completion of activities.

Finally, the information provided by the recipients will form the basis of reports submitted by UNODC to the Drug Abuse Prevention Centre, Tokyo, on the activities and organizations and institutions supported by the DAPC grant. DAPC has requested that reports should be accompanied by photographs (provided by the beneficiaries) which may be used in further fundraising campaigns.
