We are looking for an individual with strong influencing and project management skills to lead in the development of the next generation of Oxfam’s corporate planning and reporting.
You would be joining us at an exciting time for Oxfam; we have our first integrated strategy, covering all 17 Oxfam affiliates worldwide and are in the process of developing an operational plan which will link our strategic objectives to detailed delivery plans.
The role has a continuous improvement focus, requiring an individual able to deliver a high standard of strategic planning as well as performance monitoring (through KPIs) and evaluation. Regular communication with senior management and representation of Oxfam to external stakeholders is essential to this position and is key to driving change within the organisation.
You would lead in the updating of our organisational planning and reporting frameworks, identifying required changes to the management information systems and processes and embedding these across the organisation over the next 12-14 months.
You would manage teams, holding responsibility for all aspects of our organisational financial reporting, including management reports, annual reports and accountability reporting. Reporting to the Director of Finance you would be working closely with the Head of Programme Finance and their team.
