Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Resource Mobilisation

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for fundraising from corporates, schools and other sources to achieve the targets.

Key Responsibilities and thrust areas:
• Help develop and implement strategy for CSR / school fundraising activities
• Nurture existing relationships and open the doors for new funding
• Engage Corporates / schools for various fundraising events
• Initiate other fundraising events / activities
• Provide the necessary communication and logistic support
•Achieve the agreed collection targets

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising for an NGO

Required skills and competencies:
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written (including preparation of fundraising proposals and reports)
• Proven track record in fundraising for NGOs
• Well developed networking and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage the logistics of fundraising programs
• Fluency in English and the regional language
•Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Power Point

Remuneration : Will depend on Candidate’s qualifications and experience.
